Please go through the below rek and let me know if you have any one for this position Please send resumes to *[email protected]* ROLE: *eLearning Developer* RATE: *Market* Location *BOSTON**, **MA * Interview Type*: F2F, ( Preferred consultants local to MA, not mandatory )* Start Date*: Monday * Project Description The application is an enterprise-wide, web-based distributed J2EE application that determines eligibility, collects application data and transmits an eligible application to other backend legacy systems to complete electronic determinations saving time and resources for the the client patients and health providers. *RESPONSIBILITIES*: With the e-learning developer position, a strong combination of skills in the following areas that demonstrate relevant experience and skills is needed. Candidates will be asked to bring work samples on a CD to the interview. Primary Duties: Under the supervision of the Training Development Supervisor, develop and implement eLearning programs for web-based systems using Lectora©, and other e-learning development tools. Develop programs to accommodate user needs and existing hardware capabilities incorporating objectives of the system or program and the steps needed to achieve system objectives. The basic purpose of this work is to develop computer-based training that organizes and communicates technical subject matter and business processes. Develop and support the delivery of technology-based instructional courseware; write code and scripts necessary to support the display of content, the interface between courseware and the Learning Management System, and the integration and use of various media elements. Position includes building e-learning web based applications, including experience with creating SCORM compliant e-learning modules. Partner with other training team members to review/update the design of training programs. Other duties may include: Work with eLearning team to assist in the development and implementation of training programs via distance learning solutions. Assist in modifying and copyediting training materials. Evaluate CBTs and other programs to ensure compliance with standards. Recording and editing audio segments for eLearning courses. Perform other related duties as required.
