Telecoms business knowledge Developing and executing quality assurance test scripts, tests plans and checklists Application of software development life cycle concepts 1. 3 – 5 years experience in *Wireless billing* or provisioning 2. 1 – 2 years experience in *Websphere portal* applications 3. Strong working knowledge of *HP/Mercury Quality Center, Test Plan, Test Lab, Quick Test * * Pro *4. In depth experience with *SQL* and data retrieval from a relational database 5. In depth experience testing in a *UNIX, Java/SQL* environment 6. In depth experience in writing detailed and accurate test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test results 7. Experience in *XML* testing 8. Ability to execute test cases by performing using application testing, integration testing, usability testing, acceptance testing and regression testing techniques 9. Understanding of *HP/Mercury Load Runner* is a plus 10. Ability to work independently or in a team environment 11. Excellent oral and written communications skills 12. Excellent analytical skills 13. Ability to work against tight deadlines 14. Ability to work in multiple development, test, and production environments 15. Ability to understand application processes with minimal documentation 16.
