This position may perform systems analysis functions. *Skills * 4 + years minimum experience with HP Service Center (Legacy Peregrine) hands on implementation (Required) Service Manager 7.x (highly preferred) Experience with a variety of the Service Manager modules 2 + years minimum experience with HP Connect IT (Legacy Peregrine). Connect IT for Email and webs services is highly desirable Languages: Javascript, SQL Knowledge and or experience in ITIL / ITSM''s best practices Ability to thoroughly review, understand, update, and implement technical design documents. Configure, adjust, and edit HP Service Manager to facilitate implementation and interfaces. Proactively identify issues, risks, and effort estimates for assigned work. Solve and build complex integrations between Service Manager and external systems Experience in the full life-cycle systems development Strong customer skills, ability to make recommendations while leveraging your expertise "Service Center, ITIL, ITSM". A BS or MS degree in computer science or related engineering field *Education * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, typically six or more years of solid, diverse work experience in IT with a minimum of four years experience application program development, or the equivalent in education and work experience.
