Senior Grant Writer for Broadband Stimulus Grant Application
Complete Description:
Write single consolidated grant application for all District agencies in
conjunction with NGOs for competitive Broadband Technical Opportunity
Program (BTOP) grant. Application will be very broad-based and will seek
funding for a number of wired and wireless broadband solutions, as well as
computer training and hardware. Both public safety and non-public safety
uses will be included.
*Required Skills:*
8+ Years in Tech Grant writing for federal agencies, esp. DHS and NTIA
2+ Years in Tech Grant writing for state/local govt agencies
5 + Years in Technical knowledge of telecommunications and broadband access
projects.
2 + Years Outreach on computer training and distribution for underserved.
CCNA certified is Desired.
