He talked about needing people that are self-directed and can get things done on his own. Projects are as follows: 1) Creating a backup solution 2) moving from NAS to LDAP 3) Hooking LDAP up to Central Directory 4) Restructuring entire infrastructure (assuming things with the above jobs go well).
