*Functional ERP experience would be a plus* *Job Description:* Location: New York - Key Responsibilities: • Process mapping of operating processes to identify best practices and provide tailor-made recommendations to specific business areas • Development of training curriculum, materials, and videos • Conduct training sessions and coordinate global deployment • Coordinating and engaging required resources across the UOS Working Groupinvolved in the implementation process • Facilitate the change management process • Ensuring required project communication is completed on regular intervals • Escalating issues in an appropriate and timely manner both internally and with the UOS platform vendor • Maintain the UOS project plan, including timeline, work breakdown structure, required resources, and milestones Experience and Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or associated discipline • 3-5 years in systems implementation, knowledge of ERP applications, participation as a team member on system implementation required • Proven ability to document procedures including graphical representationof business processes • Superior comm skills , both written and verbal • Must be detail oriented, organized, and have the ability to multi-task • Demonstrated ability to conduct training sessions to diverse audiences • Strong MS Excel, VBA, Visio, Project, Camtasia • Must be flexible and work with a high level of initiative • Must have the ability to remain professional under high pressure situations Thanks Shankar --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle-Distribution" group.
