MAX $50/HR *Financial Exp… is Must*** · SDLC from requirements to implementation phase. · If they have First rate (performance system) and or trust exp (brokerage term of someone with princpal and income exp). is a big plus · Key things he looks for are; *They must have been a former developer in any technology, *must have coding and large scale project exp. · Likes computer science degrees. · Must have full SDLC exp. to include testing and some Project management. · Must have brokerage exp. · Business analyst position responsible for gathering and documenting functional requirements, basic UI design and report requirements. · Full project life cycle experience required. · Ability to work with the business client through meetings and interviews to elicit and document all system requirements in a BRS. · Flexible role will also include some application testing, production support, project management and budget management. · Candidate must possess strong analytical skills and good organizational skills. Familiarity with financial services industry, financial planning, asset allocation, performance concepts or Series 7 preparatory work a plus. · Strong math background or computer science background a plus. · Required skills: · Requirements gathering and documenting Creating Business Requirements Specification and Software Requirements Specification · Financial/brokerage experience Nice to have skills: · Use Cases · Test Cases · Investment Performance Measurement · Requirements Management tools like RequisitePro or Rational Rose Some additional information on this role: Must have strong knowledge of PM Methodologies – Certification highly preferred Must have excellent Writing skills Must have web development experience.
