Hyperion/EMP/Planning Resource Hyperion Planning Administration and implementation long-term (6-12 months) administration support and enhancement. Additional Detail: Customer is seeking Oracle Hyperion Planning 9.3.1 software: 1. Monitor incidents/problems/requests/questions 2. Troubleshooting and resolution of reported issues within each support area and associated interfaces 3. Assist project team with estimates for requested enhancements including alternatives and recommendations 4. Provide configuration for break/fix resolutions 5. Perform configuration for budgeted: _ maintenance, _ minor enhancements and _ approved Change Requests 6. Coordinate environment migrations 7. Coordinate security set-ups and ongoing support 8. Perform unit testing for both break/fix and maintenance/minor enhancements 9. Maintain and support Hyperion Planning cubes 10.
