Position: Senior Oracle Applications Financials/Implementation Analyst (BA)
Location: Downtown Atlanta, GA
Duration: 3 Months CTH
Best rate: $42/Hr Best

Required Qualifications, Skills & Education:
Consulting/Facilitation/Interpersonal Skills (PRIMARY):
a.. Preferred: a background as a "Big 6" or Oracle consultant
b.. Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening
skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to
technical and non-technical audiences
c.. Out-going, strong desire and ability to proactively lead meetings;
Strong facilitation and meeting documentation skills
d.. Promotes ideas and proposals persuasively; able to work through conflicts
to negotiate win/win solutions, leads and encourages change adoption
e.. Ability to rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and
accomplish goals while performing a variety of tasks, comfortable providing
creative and alternative workflows and solutions to business needs and issues
f.. Demonstrate thinking, extensive problem solving skills and the ability to
research an issue and determine the cause
g.. Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities
h.. Work environment is fast paced. The job requires a flexible work
schedule, ability to work under pressure & operate well in a changing
environment
Oracle Financials Skills (PRIMARY):
a.. MUST have participated in at least (2) ERP implementations as a
functional process analyst and/or data flow analyst
b.. MUST have prior hands-on experience with implementing and configuring (2)
different Release 12 Oracle eBusiness Suite Financials (11.5.10 or higher may
also be acceptable)
c.. Must possess strong understanding of application configuration set-ups,
functionality, interaction of the Oracle ERP modules and ability to diagnose
and resolve problems within and between modules
d.. Several years strong experience with at least one of the following
financial/controlling disciplines: general ledger, accounts payable, revenue
accounting, statistical accounting, cash management, cost accounting, fixed
assets, payroll, procurement, travel & expense, and/or inventory.
Analysis Skills (STANDARD):
a.. 7+ yrs related information systems experience
b.. Significant experience business and systems analysis, design, and system
implementation including developing system specifications, data flow or
workflow diagrams
c.. Has demonstrated knowledge of analyzing process flows and working with
teams to identify and analyze process improvement opportunities
d.. Experience with Use Case modeling, User Stories
e.. Basic skills in SQL, PL/SQL, Workflow, and Oracle Reports Developer,
preferred but not required.
f.. Strong knowledge of Oracle R12 database tables and relationships
g.. Experience with ReqPro, Mercury Test Director, issue tracking and change
management software
h.. Demonstrated extensive PC & software skills in Excel, Word, Visio,
Powerpoint & MS Access
Additional Skills (NICE TO HAVE):
a.. Basic skills in SQL, PL/SQL, Workflow, and Oracle Reports Developer,
preferred but not required.
b.. Prior Team Lead experience
c.. Knowledge of SOX and other regulatory and compliance areas
d.. Prior organizational change management experience
e.. Master's Degree in a business related area.
