Location: Peapack, NJ Duration: 12+ Months Best rate: $42/Hr Best LOCAL CANDIDATES PREFERRED. MUST HAVE PHARMACEUTICAL EXPERIENCE. Job Description: Candidate will support Client's Global Logistics Order to Cash System, RCS (Revenue Cycle System). RCS supports Client's order processing requirements for domestic and export transactions in North America and Puerto Rico and integrates with many other systems as part of a comprehensive Distribution system. It is a custom developed solution. The main responsibilities for this position will be the support and development of Client's Revenue Cycle System. This include production support for our client customer service organizations (Client Pharmaceuticals, Client Animal Health, Client Center Source), and programming of enhancements or new development. Duties include, but are not limited to: . Work with the business clients to analyze data and suggest good Implementation opportunities. . Analyze business change requests and provide time/cost estimates. . Manage project implementation schedules. . Assist in cross team testing for new implementations. . Provide Level 2 and 3 support for sites on various issues. . Enforce adherence to Client documentation and testing standards. . Coordinate tasks with other IT teams and business areas. . Provide frequent and timely management feedback and progress status. . System performance monitoring. . Understand scope and limitations for changes to global systems. Skills and Qualifications: Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of Information Technology experience in implementing systems involving design, development, configuration and deployment of applications within a large IT organization preferably in Pharmaceutical manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain systems. Full life cycle software design and implementation experience is required. Must be experienced in AS/400 / ISeries systems, RPG Language, CL programming and Synon(Ca2e) Case Development Tool. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Candidate will be expected to work independently with a wide variety of global teams including Transportation, Logistics, Customer Service, Data Center Support, technical IT management, offshore coding resources. Successful candidate must have demonstrated ability to communicate, understand, and translate business requirements into information technology requirements and deliverables. Demonstrated ability to develop and adhere to project plans. Ability to enforce thorough testing and documentation standards. Education Level: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Logistics, or related discipline is desired. Desired: Experience with global systems a plus. Knowledge of the software development lifecycle, configuration management, and software development methodologies (preferably Enterprise Life Cycle (ELC) / Solution Life Cycle (SLC) is desired.
