*MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:*

   - Ten (10) plus years of experience in management consulting, strong
   Criminal Justice and Family matters experience, specifically in the areas of
   Juvenile Justice and Children Services Agencies.
   - Strong written, verbal and analytical skills; the ability to
   communicate effectively with senior executives and to document business
   requirements.
   - A high level of technical expertise necessary to analyze data
   integration strategy between multiple systems.
   - In depth understanding of the business processes of Juvenile Justice
   Agencies.
   - Experience working with NIEM and GJXDM data sharing standards.
   - Proficient in the use of standard Project Management tools including
   Microsoft Project, Excel and PowerPoint.
   - Excellent communication skills and the ability too clearly articulate
   to project members and stakeholders.
   - A team player with the skills to work well with Technical and
   non-Technical staff.**

*DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:*

   - Prior experience with Juvenile Justice Information a plus
   - Government/ Criminal Justice knowledge and experience with emphasis on
   Juvenile and Family matters
   - Experience managing a large integration project for mission critical
   processes
   - Proven experience managing projects in a multi-entity environment
   (multiple agencies)
   - Experience with formal systems Development Life Cycle SDLC’s and
   business analysis methodologies;
   - working knowledge of Business analysis documentation standards
   - Expertise in integration technologies and standards
   - Must be able to take and follow directions
   - Must be able to see task through completion **
