Requirements Minimum of 10 years experience in design development and implementation, 3-5 years of prior managerial level experience. Experience with complex integration of distributed systems is required. Experience leading a team is required. Healthcare background is a plus. Experience with enterprise agile or iterative life cycle methodologies and application of those principles is ideal. Familiarity with methodologies and development tools is required. Excellent communications skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to team, business and vendors. Experience with IBM WebSphere Message Broker and SOAP Services design is essential. Experience with establishing SOA governance processes and services development best practices highly desirable. Experience with building web based applications and complex distributed system is desirable. Bachelor's degree and ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Technology skills required WebSphere Message Broker Development WebSphere Message Broker system administration highly desirable, including performance tuning and troubleshooting.
