Corp. to Corp. (Maxx) Deadline: ASAP QUALIFICATIONS: - More than 5 years of experience administering NetApp Storage Family arrays from hardware and software point of view in complex environments. This includes experience in architecture design and administration. - Experience with Enterprise HP Storage arrays and administration software - Experience with IBM DS4000 Series (DS4300 AND DS 4100) and SUN StorageTek arrays in a SAN environment a big plus.. - Experience with EMC Storage arrays and utilities - Experience with Muti-Protocal Devices, backup - Experience performing problem determination and resolution in complex mixed vendor server environments - Experience in Oracle and/or SAP Experience a big plus - Experience with DAS, SAN, NAS, ISCSI, NFS, CIFS, FCP, FCOE ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform Storage administration tasks. - Perform administration tasks for LUNs on storage appliances and servers. - Design enterprise SAN solutions, must understand functions of storage appliances and SAN switches and backup storage solutions - Deploy, configure, and maintain SAN switches. - Deploy, configure, and maintain SAN and NAS storage devices. - Hands on experience with Cisco Director Switches and Brocade Family. - Utilize expertise with variety of operating systems including AIX, Solaris, HP-UX, and Windows with primary depth of expertise in Solaris and AIX. - Configuring internal and external storage devices attached to the systems - Use a storage appliance console to access and execute commands. - Diagram and implement LUNs on storage appliances - System tuning and capacity planning activities geared towards meeting specified Service Levels - Data migrations between SANs, LUN Creation, Presentation and Masking. - Integration of new servers with defined Customer security procedures - Installation and configuration of third party software products - Adhere to corporate change and problem management principles - Support of environments for testing, quality assurance and production EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience -- I would highly appreciate if you can send your hotlists and req's to [email protected] Regards Shravan Nagula Accounts Manager Clear Thought Solutions LLC.
