Our Client is in need of a "SQL Server Developer" with the following skills. This is a 6 months+ Contract position. *Role: SQL Server Developer* Location: New York City, NY Candidate needs to have 6+yrs of IT experience Should be an expert in SQL Server 2005 programming Should be an expert in SQL Query performance tuning Should have good .Net skills Experience in SSIS packages (Pref) 1. Performance Tuning in SQL 2005(Using query plan) 2. Should be aware of common table expressions and good in TSQL 3. Should have hands on experience on the new features of SQL 2005(eg., except, newid(), rank() and etc..) 4. Should have SSIS experience in extracting data either from XML and flat files 5.
