Position 1: Oracle AR Functional Analyst

Position Description & Day to Day Activity:  (Describe the responsibilities,
tasks and activities to be performed):

Responsibilities:Oracle Financial Functional Analyst will independently Lead
Oracle Receivables module. Analyze requirements with Centre for Medicaid and
Medicare Services, configure Oracle Receivables modules, and design Oracle
extensions and reports. Independently conduct Conference Room Pilot and be
responsible for FIT gap analysis.  Prepare design alternatives and design
specification documents. Drive all meetings with the customer and manage the
analysis through design phases related to Oracle Sub-ledgers. Track and
report activities/status.

Knowledge about requirements around IPAC an added advantage.

This work effort also includes the following tasks 

.         Provide Management Reporting for progress and status for all
Business related Work Products / Deliverables

.         Develop or leverage the existing management processes and
procedures and Work with all stakeholders to facilitate project
integration.

*       Functional AR Analyst
*       Functional Solution Design of AR Gaps
*       Module Configuration of AR
*       Federal Implementation of Oracle Financials

.         Sound communication skills and meeting management skills

 

Technical Skills: Be specific in the skills needed:

Required:

*       Excellent communications and leadership skills
*       Very Strong in Oracle Federal Financial Modules of Oracle Apps 11i
(mainly in AR with knowledge of Oracle Fed Admin and Oracle GL)
*       Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in complete life cycle of a
complex Oracle Application project.  
*       Must be able to work onsite. 
*       Able to multitask and work across many teams.

 

 

 

Position 2: Oracle  PO/AP Functional Analyst

 

Responsibilities:

Oracle Financial Functional Analyst will independently Lead Oracle Fed Admin
module. Analyze requirements with Centre for Medicaid and Medicare Services,
configure Oracle Fed Admin and GL modules, and design Oracle HIGLAS
extensions and reports. Independently conduct Conference Room Pilot and be
responsible for FIT gap analysis.  Prepare design alternatives and design
specification documents. Drive all meetings with the customer and manage the
analysis through design phases related to Oracle Sub-ledgers. The analyst
will manage several Functional resources under their module. Track and
report activities/status in Project Plan using Microsoft Projects.

 

This work effort also includes the following tasks 

.         Provide Management Reporting for progress and status for all
Business related Work Products / Deliverables

Develop or leverage the existing management processes and procedures and
Work with all stakeholders to facilitate project  integration.
