Description: The primary responsibility of the person holding this position is to develop PHP to support our main application Essential Tasks and Duties: · Creating custom reports for our web based application · Building open interfaces to integrate with third party applications · Working with some of the latest hardware and web innovations Knowledge and Skills: · PHP language · Object oriented programming · Ability to create SQL queries - MySQL skills a must, familiarity with RDBMS concepts and Oracle a plus · Fluent in HTML and CSS · Good written and verbal communication skills · Ability to set goals, and achieve scheduled deadlines · Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Experience: Required: · 2+ years PHP development · 3+ years object oriented programming · 2+ years creating SQL queries, preferably with MySQL and/or Oracle · Javascript/AJAX experience · Developing web based application · Deploying PHP in a production environment Education: · Bachelors degree in related field, or equivalent experience Desired Skills: · Experience creating web services · Driven person that will innovate · Understanding of database driven applications Thanks & Regards, Angela Thomas Account Manager - Data Group Inc.
