*Required Technical Experience: *
· Experience in technical decomposition of business requirements,
and in development of use cases.
· Experience in data analysis and modeling, including development of
logical data models.
· Experience using object oriented design, and designing
applications to function in a service oriented architecture environment,
using enterprise messaging.
· Experience developing and providing recommendations for solutions
to technical challenges.
· Experience documenting design change requests, and maintaining
project scope boundaries.
· Experience determining infrastructure requirements, and
coordinating procurement of servers, etc.
· Experience coordinating change in the technical environment.
· Experience in estimating system development and implementation
efforts in a Microsoft Visual Studio environment.
· Experience and ability to mentor, lead and direct technical
programmers.
· Experience managing development libraries, and ensuring reuse when
appropriate.
· Experience providing support to system verification and training
efforts, including development of data to meet these needs.
· Experience planning and managing system implementation efforts,
including migration of applications between environments.
· Experience and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in
written, visual, and oral formats with project teams.

*Desirable Technical Experience: *
· Experience designing and using Microsoft SQL Server databases.
· Experience with Team Foundation Server.
· Experience developing solutions that are based upon a combination
of COTS and custom development.
· Experience serving as a software analyst for governmental
agencies.
