Duration: 6+ months Rate: $40/hr Max Interview: F2F Required Job Description - Minimum of 5-7 years of formal IT technical experience. - MCSE with additional certifications in Microsoft and/or Cisco technologies REQUIRED. - Experience providing worldwide IT technical support. - Candidate must demonstrate strong knowledge of general networking, server technologies, virtual server, workstation/desktop technology, internet protocols, remote connectivity, Microsoft Windows Server, corporate virus protection products, back-up systems, firewalls, and VPN client and tunnel technologies. - This position will require significant interaction with field personnel and customers.
