Basic understanding of expense and capital cost tracking for project mgr. Must have *very strong MS Excel skills. (pivot tables, charting, grouping, formulas* etc) Required to work with multiple project managers to collect metrics project status etc. Candidate should have an understanding of Software Development Life Cycle Methodologies. *Responsibilities:* Member of central PMO to analyze, track, monitor a portfolio of projects in a Pharm R&D IT environment. Will assist by using MS Project Server, MS Portfolio Mgr, MS Project, SAP & MS Excel for administration, analysis of *portfolio of 20+ projects*. Responsible for generating reports on financial, scope, schedule health of portfolio for senior management. Excellence in data manipulation, reporting, in MS Excel are key. Will work with PM's in development of projects & entering financials etc. Will also serve as a project assistant for specific larger projects.
