Position: IT Deployment Global Lead Location: Kenilworth, NJ Duration: 6 months+ *Responsibilities:* · Develop a comprehensive Deployment Plan with all IT and business responsibilities for a successful launch and roll-out of a *global Clinical Trial Management System to ~3,000 global users.* · Ensure readiness of system delivery from engineering team. · Ensure readiness of client software distribution. · Ensure client equipment meets minimum hardware specifications; ensure upgrades are conducted where necessary. · Conduct hardware profile testing. · Ensure proper provisioning of user accounts including employees, contractors and third parties. · Provide regular status reports and metrics dashboards to management. · Ensure proper coordination of user training, software installation and data migration for various geographic regions according to rollout plan. · Develop Operational Support Plan. · Ensure readiness of Level 1, 2 and 3 application support teams (training, knowledge transfer, procedures, tracking metrics, etc) · Assist with definition and calculation of Measures of Success. * * * Required Skills:* · Prior experience with *deployment of global systems* required. · Excellent communication (written and oral) plus coordination of cross-functional teams. · *Project planning* and *execution.* · *Goal-oriented* and proactive. · Ability to thrive in a high stress environment with frequent overtime as needed. · Past experience with *Siebel deployment* is a major plus. · Must work very closely with the project manager and configuration manager.
