I have just received a requirement for 2 SAP Benefits FA. It is 6 months 
contract in Jacksonville, FL.

 

The client will hire from the phone interview.See job details below:

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: 

  a.. Work with the Business Analyst and the client to identify their 
requirements, design enhancements and functionality to help meet user 
requirements. 
  b.. Organize and facilitate problem-solving discussions with the client, 
internal operations team, and project managers to resolve issues requiring a 
focused approach to maintain project continuity and requirements. 
  c.. Performs configuration work as needed to support new and existing 
functionality 
  d.. Function as resident team expert for all configuration issues (both 
support and project) within their areas (modules) of expertise 
  e.. Prepare functionality specifications and delivers to ABAP developers 
  f.. Responsible for creating Function Design Documents (FDDS) based on the 
Use Case Documents recreating by the Business Analyst 
  g.. Responsible for understanding Functional Specifications followed by 
writing corresponding Detail Design 
 

Required Skills/Experience:

  a.. 5 - 7 years experience in the design and configuration of Benefits module 
and the following: 
    a.. Cross functional integration 
    b.. Detailed design of functional requirements for interface extraction and 
uploads 
    c.. Technical design certification of requirements for interface 
extractions and uploads 
    d.. Unit test development 
    e.. Integrated test definition and execution management 
  b.. Experience with Hewitt Interfaces a plus 
  c.. SAP 2004 or higher preferred 
  d.. Conversion experience 
  e.. 3 - 5 years experience implementing ESS/MSS 
  f.. 2 - 4 years experience with integration to BW 
  g.. 4 - 6 years experience with the use of standard integration as well as 
the design and implementation of custom integration points 
  h.. 2 - 4 years experience with the design and implementation of user exits 
  i.. 2 - 4 years experience with the design and implementation of mass change 
processes 
  j.. 2 - 6 years experience with the design and implementation of interfaces 
  k.. 1 - 5 years experience with the design and implementation of custom 
reports both out of SAP and the BW solution of SAP 
  l.. 2 - 3 years experience with Mercury Quality Center 
  m.. A minimum of 2 - 3 full SAP lifecycle implementations 
  n.. 1 - 2 global implementations preferred 
  o.. 3 - 5 years experience in using ASAP Methodology for delivery 
  p.. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  q.. 2 - 4 years experience in compliance reporting for more than 1 country 
  r.. Multiple country and jurisdictional implementation experience (minimum of 
3 countries)   
 

Pluses: 

  a.. Experience with Hewitt Interfaces a plus
