This individual should have a minimum of 6-8 years experience with J2EE development, 1-2 years with EJB 2.0 or later and 1-2 years JSF experience. They should also have good communication skills, experience working within SDLC processes, can understand/read software design and works well within a team oriented environment. The project is to enhance a recently launched intranet that includes social networking functionality.
