Assigns work to team. 3. 10% - Consulting Serve as subject matter expert on cross-org project teams to give advice on highly complex data-related solutions. Discuss problems or needs with customers, CIO leads or peer groups. Understand requirements and needs. Develop and document solutions including design papers, configurations and costs and lead implementations as necessary 4. 10% - Innovation and Industry Leadership Research industry solutions and apply learning to drive innovation. 5. 10% - Lead Tech Strategy and Direction Develop technology strategies and standards for database engineering. 6. 10% - Mentoring Database engineers Mentors database engineers in area.
