Will work on Call Center Project and must have a minimum of two years
experience in call center functional operations to include: 1) Experience
with supporting self-service using web or voice response 2) Call Handling 3)
Call monitoring/Quality Assurance 4) CSR Workforce management 5) Ability to
effectively facilitate requirements gathering sessions across large number
of stakeholders with conflicting interests and priorities 6) Systemic
thinker who has ability to assess impact across multiple processes and
systems 7) Assertive, takes initiative, possesses high quality inquiry
skill, self confident, constructively vocal.
