They are expanding their MQ deployments, but currently do not have enough work to keep the consultant busy full time, therefore they would like someone that has all or some other requested skill sets. The additional skills are Solaris, Windows Adminstration, Vertas Volume Manger and Net Back-up, Sun Server, connect direct, SAN experience such as EMC, Sun Hitachi 9985. The consultants and managers in the environment are highly skilled and expect the best. The environment can be intense when they have production failures so they need to have a sense of urgency and good prioritization skills. They will be communicating directly with the Client, so excellent communication skills are a must. Client uses the Next Generation Desktop application to give all customer service representatives the same Medicare information, instead of operators at different call centers having different information. The program includes a national interactive voice response system, scripting for customer service representatives and call center operation for the Medicare Choices Helpline.
