Responsbilities: * Perform inquiries from internal web sites to identify individual PCs and all software packages currently installed on each PC. * Capture information from the internal web sites in Microsoft Excel for analysis. * Periodically compare most recently captured information with previously captured information and process differences. * Maintain license information for each software package and PC. * Perform analysis of Excel data to prepare exportable lists of software packages to be (a) installed and (b) excluded from each PC upon migration. Format these exportable lists into a PC-specific 'Post-Upgrade Software List' Microsoft Word document. *Perform related project data management activities.
