*· BS degree Business Administration or Information Science
· Minimum 7 years in project / program management
· Minimum 7 years experience in IS related activities
· Demonstrated ability to:
· Lead Projects.
· Think strategically and collaboratively influence others
· Effectively communicate complex concepts and IS solutions to senior
business leaders
· Strong leadership, interpersonal, influencing, communication and matrix
management skills
· Proven ability to influence and build strategic working relationships with
senior AZ internal customers, peers and vendors regardless of organizational
boundaries
· Exhibits strong passion for continuous improvement and customer orientated
solutions
· Ability to manage the software development cycle and quality standards /
compliance requirements for validated systems
Preferred Background
· 9+ years IS management in project management, people management, and
customer relationship management
· MBA or similar experience
· Project Management Institute's Professional Project Manager Certification
(PMP)
· Knowledge of the pharmaceutical / healthcare industry (Mostly Pharma is
considered)*
