They shall be familiar and skilled with *J2EE/Java, LDAP, XML/XSL, WebLogic™ and WebLogic™ Portal, JavaScript/HTML, Portlets and SQL programming languages and utilities.* The contractor should have experience with *DB2 database design and structure, have used UML, Spring framework, JSF and AJAX*. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Proficiency in the following tools/languages: *Java, Maven, Ant, Hudson, SubVersion (SVN), WLST, Oracle Weblogic Portal 10.x Administration, in particular*: migration of entitlements and other metadata; Domain Template creation; deployment plans. Experience performing Java build, packaging, and deployment in an Oracle Weblogic environment on a MS Windows platform with the above listed tools. Experience integrating *Oracle Weblogic Portal 10.x with Active Directory security. * Experience in *designing load-balancing and clustering strategies for Oracle Weblogic Portal 10.x.* *Experience with student loan programs and software or the development and implementation of customer facing Financial Services software is a definite plus.* In addition experience in system analysis and design and the ability to translate business processes and procedures into logical system requirements would be desirable. *Contractor Responsibilities**:* · Design and implement development and testing instances of applications as required by the project. · Provide detailed diagrams and other descriptive documents to explain the implementation of the development and testing environments used in the construction and testing phase of the project. · Review and understand the functions and processes required by reading the Functional Description, Logical Design and Overall Design and Architecture Documents. · Provide detailed programming specifications and Physical Designs for the construction and testing phase of the project. · Perform coding based on provided detail design · Create unit and/or system test plans. · Conduct unit, system, functional, and user acceptance testing. · Assist as needed during the implementation phase of the project. · Perform Java build, packaging, and deployment in an Oracle Weblogic environment on a MS Windows platform. Integrate Oracle Weblogic Portal 10.x with Active Directory security.
