Position: Lead Oracle 11i EBS Functional Consultant Location: Memphis, TN Length: 12 month contract for hire Skills required: Lead experience (2 years or more preferred) Oracle EBS 11i (Human Resource, Payroll, Training, Time and Labor, and Advanced Benefits) Oracle 9i/10g PL/SQL UNIX OS Work Scope: 1. Develop detailed project plans and resource requirements for implementation and maintenance of Oracle 11i E-Business Suite modules for Human Resource, Payroll, Training, Time and Labor, and Advanced Benefits applications and interfaces. 2. Developing custom reports as requested. 3. Assist with the management of tasks assigned to internal and external resources. 4. Assist in the identification and management of project risks. 5. Identify key metrics and critical success factors. 6. Perform other duties and assignments necessary for successful applications implementation. 7. Assist in the development of a methodology to monitor cost controls and changes in management procedures/processes. 8. Assist in performing fit-gap analysis between the business requirements and the Oracle 11i E-Business Suite standard-delivered functionality. 9. Submit weekly status reports to the supervision indicating whether assignments/tasks are on track or in jeopardy. Education/Experience: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Engineering Technology, Information Systems or Business with a major in Computer Science OR Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 12 hours college-accredited courses in Business/Management plus a minimum of 4 years experience in Information Services and system analysis. (All degree requirements must include 12 hours college-accredited programming/ computer-related courses.) 2.
