Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements: REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES: • Experience migrating older MS SQL databases to MS SQL 2008 is a must, • Excellent documentation skills, • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, • Thorough understanding of database structures and design, • Excellent oral and written communication skills, • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple concurrent assignments, • Ability to understand and interpret business and technical requirements, • Project management skills to effectively manage the efforts activities and deliverables involved with the migration of each of the estimated 30 systems.
