Position: Oracle DBA
Location: Memphis, TN
Duration: 12 months
Job Description/Responsibilities:
Oracle 9i and 10g
Experienced Oracle DBA with database and application design and support.
Experienced with VLDB (Very Large Databases) with understanding in large
table partitioning.
Experience with Oracle Data Pump restoring and managing databases across
multiple environments, dev levels particularly.
Knowledgeable of the UNIX environment.
Experienced Oracle database performance and tuning.
Experienced with OEM (Oracle Enterprise Manager)
Experienced with SQL Loader.
Experienced with SQL and PL/SQL tuning
Knowledge of Backup and Recovery tool OBACKTRACK
Oracle RAC on Linux experience
Required Skills/Experience: Bachelor's degree/equivalent in computer
science, math or related field.
Over eight years data processing experience, including 4 years systems
development experience and 3 years DBA experience or 3 years of data
administration experience.
Desired Skills/Experience:
Oracle certifications
Lead experience
