Using visual tools create *BPEL processes based on workflows from business analysts.* Required Qualifications: *5+ years of software engineering experience * *3+ years of Java development experience* *2+ years of experience designing and developing WSDL-based Web services* Strong *XML/XSLT. XML Schema, XPath, SOAP, Javascript, J2EE, SQL* Proficient in writing software design and interface documents for internal and external use. Extensive experience with *SOA, JMS, Web services*. *Proven experience working on projects that involve BPEL and BPEL4People*. Strong knowledge of Web Services standards (SOAP, WSDL, WS-*) Experience with OOAD, agile development methodologies. E*xperience working in Linux development/deployment environment* Additional Qualifications: Proven work experience in developing enterprise applications in a team environment. Experience in development of large scale projects with multiple geographically-diverse teams, 3rd party vendors. Experience with workflow engines. Experience with portals, portlets. Knowledge of commercial SOA platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated; ability to learn new technologies.
