It holds investment-level information, including actual and projected cash flows, debt schedules, equity valuations, deal transactions, currency and interest hedges, fx rates and interest rates. This project will involve building data warehouse to allow easy reporting of it, designing new set of tables, populating tables with data from original database to allow easy reporting of it. Working with ETL developers if we decide to use ETL to sync up data between two databases. We would need to implement many new groupings and calculations as well as work closely with reporting team at the second stage of the project and eventually QA team for testing. It is a challenging and interesting job for someone who wants to get exposure to Real Estate investment business.
