Position 1:- Senior Maximo Database Configuration / Application Designer*
Essential Functions:
1. Responsible for migrating existing Maximo 4.1.1 data into the
enterprise environment through use of the Maximo Enterprise Adapter (MEA) or
Dataloader and or other methods and tools.
2. Participate in sessions with each Client Business Unit to gather and
review all business processes as it relates to the implementation of Maximo
and the migration of existing Maximo 4.1.1 data.
3. Develop test and evaluation plans as well as assist Client with the
testing of all implemented Maximo configurations and modifications.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of two (2) years experience in Maximo 6.x and related systems.
2. Minimum Six (6) years of Information Technologies industry experience,
especially in areas of data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)
3. BS in computer Science, Engineering or Business related field and / or
equivalent work experience
4. IBM Maximo EAM 5.x, 6.x or 7.x certification
5. Must demonstrate project team experience with a minimum of two
successful Maximo 6.x implementations projects.
6. Must possess strong communication skills and the ability to work well
in a project team environment
7. Hands-on experience in the design, development and documentation of
technical and functional specifications.
8. Detailed experience with Oracle, SQL Plus and PL/SQL Language, and
knowledge and experience with one or more of the following: Maximo
Enterprise Adapter (MEA), Maximo Data Loader (MDL), Maximo Integration
Framework (v7), Maximo Integration Gateway (MIG) (v4).
9. Working knowledge of Maximo upgrade utilities, tools, and processes
(Integrity Checker, Validation Checker, etc.).
10. Deep understanding of all Maximo data objects, strucutres, and
relationships and a solid understanding of the Maximo application, from both
a technical and functional perspective and how it integrates with other
systems.
11. One (1) to five (5) years Hands-on functional consulting experience
with:

4. Complete system configurations to requirements
5. Manage multiple technical environments
6. Perform data conversion and migration
7. Construct interfaces with external systems using MEA
8. Perform and support integrated unit, system, regression, and
facilitate factory/customer acceptance, testing
9. Produce design documentation, data mapping and technical documentation
10. Support requests from users to research system problems or errors, and
assist with the resolutions
Requirements:
1. BS in computer Science, Engineering or Business related field and / or
equivalent work experience
2. Strong Maximo 6 technical knowledge required – IBM Maximo
certification required.
3. Must demonstrate project team experience with a minimum of two

*Position 3 :- Senior Maximo Consultant (Sr. Computer SW Integration
Analyst)*
Essential Functions:
1. Continue with the implementation of Maximo 6 EAM with Transportation
6.3 as well as migrate existing data for each BU separately and according to
an order established by Client.
2. Conduct a high-level review of the existing Maximo 6 enterprise
environment to gain an understanding of the current product usage, features
and data elements utilized by Client.
3. Review current business practices, procedures, and workflow processes
to gain an understanding of each Business Units’s business objectives and
refine the scope of work in accordance with the identified objectives.
4. Conduct sessions with each Business Unit to gather and review all
business processes as it relates to the implementation of Maximo and the
migration of existing Maximo 4.1.1 data.
5. Work in collaboration with Client’s Maximo project team during all
ongoing efforts associated with Maximo. These efforts may include system
integrations using the MEA, mobile applications using Syclo or Maximo
Mobile, Maximo training, and Linear Asset Development.
6. Define all use cases required by the business processes as they relate
to strategic asset management and consider various integration scenarios.
7. Map existing functionality to the Maximo enterprise system to include
work orders, purchase orders, work requests, inventory, contracts,
preventative maintenance, crafts, and labor.
8. Be responsible for migrating existing Maximo 4.1.1 data into the
enterprise environment through use of the Maximo Enterprise Adapter (MEA) or
Dataloader.
9. Be responsible for all efforts associated with application
configuration, database system configuration, data migration and loading,
system and integration testing, user acceptance testing, system performance
testing, and post integration support.
10. Follow the Change Request process as established by Client. The
Client Program Manager and the Client Project Manager will manage the scope
throughout the project.
11. Provide all documentation in acccordance with the Client’s System
Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
12. Provide agendas and minutes for all meetings and working sessions held
throughout the phases of the implementation and migration efforts.
13. Provide Client with formal written status reports to include progress,
issues, and concerns related to the efforts.
14. Provide an implementation and migration plan, project schedules and
other various project documentation as determined required by Client.
15. Document and obtain approval of a Requirements Specification Document
detailing each Business Unit’s business process, functional requirements,
and suggested business process improvements.
16. Develop test and evaluation plans as well as assist Client with the
testing of all implemented Maximo configurations and modifications.
Requirements:
1. BS in computer Science, Engineering or Business related field and / or
equivalent work experience
2. Current IBM Maximo 6/7 EAM Certification required.
3. Must demonstrate project team experience with a minimum of two
successful Maximo 6.x implementations projects.
4. Minimum eight (8) years of hands-on experience in a functional
position with the implementation and utilization of Maximo, with at least
four (4) in Maximo v6.x. Maximo 7.1 experience is a plus as is experience
implementing Linear Asset management with Maximo.
5. Possess strong working knowledge of asset, work and maintenance
management, knowledge of workflow processes, best practices and business
processes as they relate to Maximo
6. Ability to lead sub-projects within overall Program as may be assigned
7. Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff from line workers
to upper management
8. Must possess strong communication skills and the ability to work well
in a project team environment
9. Demonstrable experience developing Actuate, Business Intelligence and
Reporting Tools (BIRT), and Crystal report specifications in addition to
facilitating the development, testing, and implementation of such reports.
