Hi *Contract : 3 months* *Location: Grand Rapi* ** Developer 3 - Data Models, ETL, BO, DW, Unix, HTML-DB, Erwin ( MUST Have worked in last 3-4 projects ) Must Have Exp in Health Care Project or with Client * * *Job Details*: Development Development of Data Store Team design, coding, communication, documentation and source control standards Analyzes business needs and translates into system/functional requirements Designs, develops, and enhances data models, ETL applications, HTML-DB (Application Express/APEX) forms and/or Business Objects components to meet business requirements Writes maintainable PL/SQL procedures, when necessary Writes test cases, unit tests Performs exploratory testing Has knowledge of Oracle, PL/SQL, Unix, Business Objects and/or other data warehousing concepts and techniques Understands design methodology and data normalization and uses as appropriate Uses version control and knows how to checkout, update, commit, and tag. May be required to learn and share new languages or other technologies. Customer Service Provides support to customers for Data Store applications through software development, maintenance, configuration, and issue resolution. Has a good understanding of the managed care business and how Data Warehousing can be used to address the needs of the business. Works closely with business owners. Teamwork Collaborates with Software Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering and PAST teams on the development, rollout and support of Data Store applications Performs design reviews and code reviews for adherence to standards *Additional Skills:* QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: A minimum of five years experience with data warehouse development and support. A strong understanding of software engineering principles including data normalization, structured programming, and software development life cycles. A good understanding of Oracle, DDL, SQL, PL/SQL, Unix, C++, HTML-DB (Application Express/APEX) and/or Business Objects A good understanding of entity relationship data modeling, with experience using data modeling tools (ERwin preferred.)
