Lodestar Consultant Location: Charlotte, NC. Duration: 9 months contract with extension The Transmission Billing area implemented Lodestar Billing Expert v 4.53 to replace two legacy systems and improve data quality. This position will provide technical support of the Billing Expert installation and the incoming interfaces. The technical support team is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving production issues, answering user questions, and developing fixes/enhancements as requested by the users. This position has the potential to be a long- term role with responsibilities supporting production and in future projects expanding the scope of this installation.
