Type: Contract* *Pay Rate: Market* *Job Length:1 year +* * * *Senior Java EE Developers for our Government client located in Washington DC.** Responsibilities include: * this individual will work within the development group with a team of developers in developing court case management applications in Java EE * Develop and support web-based applications * Create database structures required to support the application * Administration of **Oracle** Application Server (OAS**). Be familiar with the components of OAS such as Apache, OHS * Takes part in the design, development, quality assurance, implementation and support process. * Work closely with the customer and the entire software engineering team to ensure the product meets the specified requirements and meets or exceeds quality and performance standards * May assist in producing data model design specifications from functional requirements. * The candidate will develop and unit test all code assigned by their manager, and assist in the completion of system testing * Deliver unit tested code in accordance with development methodologies and standards. * Provides technical expertise and guidance of database design to team members.
