Design Manager/Tech Team Lead:
Responsibilities: Deliver Time of Use implementation workshops to LDCs and
key stakeholders; Respond to inquiries from project resources, LDCs,
vendors, external auditors on the design, functions, and operation of the
MDM/R; Identifying and resolving design and operations issues, including
managing changes to the MDM/R; Assist in defining business and technical
requirements, and technical design to address requirements defined by
external stakeholders in support of the implementation of Time of Use
billing or subsequent phases of the implementation; Review enhancements /
changes to proposed functionality; Technical lead interfacing with vendors
to ensure proposed designs maintain the integrity of the MDM/R solution;
Meet with individual and groups of LDCs to discuss and analyze all technical
aspects of the operation of the MDM/R and LDC's integration of the their
business processes and information technology systems with the MDM/R; Assist
LDCs by providing technical input, solutions and approaches for integrating
their business processes and systems into the MDM/R; Experience,
Competencies, Knowledge:Expert knowledge of the MDM/R design, functions and
operation, including contractual requirements; Strong contract management
skills, and ability to interpret contractual requirements; Deep knowledge of

Test Manager/Designer Objective: Manage and execute testing of the MDM/R
system to provide assurance that MDM/R Systems are operating as designed,
including meeting the S.5970 audit requirements; Develop and manage testing
process and resources, covering unit, system integration, and user
acceptance testing of changes and new releases of the MDM/R; Provide
direction and guidance to testing resources to ensure key functions and
requirements are addressed in testing; Analyze actual test results (system
output, reports, and system data extractions) against expected test results,
conclude and report test outcome; Report results to senior management;
Transition testing functions, process, tools, and knowledge to SME
Operations management and staff on conclusion of project. Should have:
Expert knowledge of MDM/R meter to bill functionality and business
processes; Expert knowledge of the MDM/R synchronization functionality;
Working knowledge of the MDM/R technical architecture, including
applications, middleware, databases and underlying technical infrastructure;
Knowledge and working experience with defect management processes and
procedures; Experience in testing complex, real-time and batch transaction
systems, including but not limited to, system to system interfaces, reports,
exceptions, GUI, web and non-web interfaces, etc. Experience/exposure to

MDM/R Registration/Enrollment leads: Objective: Manage LDCs through the
complete MDM/R registration and enrolment process. Responsibilities: Manage
multiple LDCs at a time through the MDM/R registration and enrolment
process, including but not limited to: Developing, reviewing and agreeing to
implementation plans with LDCs; Educate LDCs on MDM/R requirements and the
registration and enrolment process; Facilitate as a single point of contact
all registration and enrolment activities; Coordinating client and vendor
personnel to support the LDCs in the enrolment and registration process;
Responding to procedural and technical inquiries; Developing and maintaining
both external and internal documentation and procedures; Maintaining
corporate records and LDC project status documentation. Experience,
Competencies, Knowledge: Strong project management skills; Strong
communication skills; Working knowledge of functions of the MDM/R; Good high
level knowledge of meter to bill processes within the LDCs; Knowledge of

deliver orientation / on-boarding material for SMSIP and operations staff
and vendors Experience, Competencies, Knowledge: Excellent communications
and presentation experience and skills Excellent facilitation experience and
skills Excellent writing skills Strong knowledge of MDM/R functionality and
the Graphical User Interface Good high-level knowledge of the meter to bill
