Responsibilities: Manage multiple LDCs at a time through the MDM/R registration and enrolment process, including but not limited to: Developing, reviewing and agreeing to implementation plans with LDCs; Educate LDCs on MDM/R requirements and the registration and enrolment process; Facilitate as a single point of contact all registration and enrolment activities; Coordinating client and vendor personnel to support the LDCs in the enrolment and registration process; Responding to procedural and technical inquiries; Developing and maintaining both external and internal documentation and procedures; Maintaining corporate records and LDC project status documentation.
