1) SOA Infrastructure Technologies and including: ESB, BPM, BAM, WSM,
Registry/Repository
2) Reasonable exposure to SOA Services Development and including: Web
Services, Java, .NET
3) Reasonable exposure to SOA and Web Services Standards (WS-I BP, XML, XSD,
WSDL, UDDI, BPEL, SOAP, WS-Security, WS-Addressing)
4) Reasonable exposure to Non-Functional Requirements (NFR's) and their
importance to implementation success
Reasonable exposure to SOA and Web Services Standards (XML, XSD, WSDL, UDDI,
SOAP, WS-Security, WS-Addressing)
5) Highly desired exposure to and understanding of core EA and SOA
principles: Loose Coupling, Interoperability, Performance, Integration,
Availability, Security
