TITLE: Systems Analyst / Project Manager
DURATION: 1 year
LOCATION: San Francisco, CA
OVERVIEW:
Client needs someone who can document the AS-IS state of their Service Model
for their Web Portal, create a TO-BE vision, conduct GAP analysis to define
the steps needed that will get them from the AS-IS to the TO-BE state and
then create a staffing plan and project plan that will allow them fulfill
the objective of providing long-term, in house support for their large web
portal.
*NOTE: CANDIDATES **MUST BE LOCAL TO SAN FRANCISCO, CA** (**NO EXCEPTIONS**)

REQUIRED SKILLS:
-Large Web Portal experience:
NOTE: the technology stack is J2EE, Websphere and Oracle
-Familiarity with Service Delivery Models, Production Support, etc:
NOTE: Keywords are: ITIL OR ITSM OR "Service Levels" OR Tier I/II/II
support, etc.)
-Ability to create AS-IS, TO-BE, GAP and Data Analysis
-Ability to create Project Plans in MS Project and Staffing Plans
