Job Title : Jr. SAP Basis Admin Location : Eastern side Duration : 3-6 Months Contract Rate :$30/hr on CTC Urgent Need a Jr. SAP Basis Admin for 3-6 Months of contract Required: The Junior SAP Basis/Security Administrator is responsible for daily operations of a highly available SAP installation. The individual will be providing 24 x 7 on-call support. • 1 to 3 years experience in SAP administration • Experience with SAP running on UNIX platforms • Experience with SAP Security Proficiency with the following areas is required to be effective in position: • BS in CIS (or related field) or equivalent experience • Familiarity with Oracle • Vistex experience a plus • MQ integration experience a plus Key responsibilities include: • Monitor SAP Netweaver components running on 4 P6/AIX application servers and 70 Citrix servers to insure availability and proactively manage. • Manage and perform kernel upgrades on an as needed basis. • Manage client copies and client administration. • Proactive performance tuning & risk mitigation. • Make recommendations for new best practices and perform implementations.
