Job Title : Project Manager- Oracle ERP Integration Location : Miami,FL Duration : 6+ Months contract Required: *Broad business domain experience in business integration, business process reengineering and driving standardization across similar businesses *Prior project management experience integrating business on to a common platform leveraging Oracle ERP and SOA technologies *Prior experience as a Project Manager in a global environment preferably in the oil and gas vertical *Deep experience with large, complex and global Oracle ERP projects in a highly customized environment *Experience with Oracle ERP (OM, INV, PO, AR, AP, GL, etc.) and the AIM methodology as well as custom development agile methodologies *Experience leading teams through fit/gap exercises, process mapping, business process re-engineering, requirements gathering and change management principles. *Good working knowledge of Share Point and MS Project. These tools will be used to organize, communicate and control the project. *Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint is required to formulate the policies and procedures. *MS Visio knowledge to create and maintain organizational charts and flow charts preferred. Experience: § Experience in managing large global projects with multiple parallel work streams § Experience working with senior management in scope management, reporting on project status, issue escalation, risk management. § Experience managing large teams of between 20-30 team members § Experience managing projects with multiple executive stakeholders that require consensus-building § Experience delivering projects that consist of heavy business process change and cultural change management § At least 10 years of project management experience § Demonstrated full project lifecycle experience (e.g., initiation, requirements, design, development, testing, deployment) for at least 6 projects of 6-9 months duration and $5M+ of total cost.
