A minimum of four (4) years experience in developing web applications in a J2EE application server environment. 2. A minimum of four (4) years experience in writing Java Applications using a framework based on the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture. 3. A minimum of two (2) years experience in Oracle 9i (or above) SQL databases. 4. A minimum of two (2) years experience with IBM Rational ClearCase (version 6.0 or higher). 5. A minimum of two (2) years experience with Eclipse or Eclipse-based IDE (integrated envelopment environment). 6. A minimum of (1) year programming experience with Cold Fusion (MX 6.0 or higher). NOTE: No travel is anticipated. Programmer will perform services on DoH site at Corning Tower, ESP, Albany, NY. DESIRABLE Experience Listed in order of importance: 1. Experience converting an application from Cold Fusion to J2EE. 2. Experience writing JSPs (JavaServer Pages). 3. Experience using a Struts 2 framework. 4. Experience in OOD (object oriented design) concepts and UML (unified modeling language). 5. Experience in designing HTML web pages layouts. 6. Experience writing PL/SQL stored procedures with Oracle 9i (or above) SQL databases. Duties & Responsibilities: Programmer Analyst II consultant to assist in the conversion of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) application from a Cold Fusion platform to a J2EE platform.
