*Remedy Senior Developer (SSE/ML)*
*Required Skills :*
- Total 4+ years of experience in Remedy ITSM, including management of
all phases of the application lifecycle and best practices of software
design in Remedy ITSM tools.
- Application development using Remedy ARS 6.x/7.x
- Development expertise in any three of the following BMC ITSM Suite
- BMC Remedy Service Desk 7.x ( Problem, Incident)
- BMC Remedy Change Management 6.x/7.x
- BMC Remedy Asset Management 7.x
- BMC Service Request Management 2.x
- BMC Service Level Agreement 6.x
- BMC Service Level Management 7.x
- BMC Atrium CMDB versions 1.0/2.0
- BMC Remedy RKM
- Report development using Crystal reports and BMC analytics
- ITIL knowledge is a must
- Exposure to Unix/Linux – any flavor.
- Exposure to any of the databases – e.g. Oracle/DB2/SQL.
- Ability to design & Implement migrations from ITSM 6.x to ITSM 7.5
including migrations from all the support Operating Systems and Databases.
*Desirable Skills :*
- Newscale
- Remedy ARS – Certification or Vendor training.
- Remedy ITSM suite - Certification or Vendor training.
- Transitioning Remedy ITSM support.
