*We have a very urgent requirement for “Data Warehouse Test Lead” at Des Moines. IA* * * *Position : Testing Lead * *Skills Required : Data warehouse Test lead * *Location: Des Moines, IA * *Duration: 6-12 Months Plus * * * *Job Accountabilities:* • Mentor Test Analysts in the planning, designing and execution of testing for IT projects or initiatives. • Work with Test Program Manager to coordinate testing and movement of changes resulting from assigned projects or initiatives through the environments to facilitate successful testing. • Work closely with IT Project Manager to ensure testing stays on track for assigned projects and initiatives. Report on test status including tracking and reporting on issues that may impact successful delivery. • Work with assigned Business Systems Analyst and Test Analysts in the review of documented requirements to ensure testability, maintainability, accuracy and consistency. Document or lead the documentation of test coverage and traceability to requirements. Review quality of test scripts against defined standards. • Participate in the development, maintenance and continual improvement of test methodology, test automation strategy and overall test tool logical design. Participate in the development of test script standards. • Develop overall test strategy for assigned projects and initiatives. Consult with Test Analyst in the development of Test Plan and Test Cases as well as Test Execution and Reporting. • Perform overall test coordination for large and/or strategic business programs. Define test strategy, develop and gain agreement regarding test roles and responsibilities, refine standard test process to meet project/program requirements, provide test project management, direct the defect management process, and implement test status reporting processes. Represent testing to program/project management in order to resolve issues and manage to overall project schedules.
