Transform and load the data into the Enterprise Data Warehouse using Informatica 8.1.1. Set up batches and work flow sessions to run these mappings. Assist in designing Informatica mappings and data model structural changes. Assist in the design and creation of transformer models. Understand business challenges & translate them into process/technical solutions. Creation of documents related to the ETL process. *KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:** * Describe the educational qualifications, training, and experience someone should have to be hired into this job. General Strong analytical and problem solving skills Strong understanding of relational databases Good Understanding of Data Warehousing best practices Good understanding of tools used to access and present data Good communication and interpersonal skills At least 4 years of experience with Informatica, including v7 and v8 Experience with XML C, C++, HTML, DHTML, PL/SQL, ASP.NET, Shell Scripting, COBOL, Visual Basic, Java Script Informatica Power Center 7.1/7.0/6.2/5.1, Informatica Power Mart 7.0/6.2/5.1/4.7 Experience with Data Modeling is a plus What additional education and/or training would be beneficial while on the job?
