Short Description:
The Network System Administrator is responsible in planning, designing,
development, enhancement, implementation and administration of divisions
server infrastructure based on departments N-Tier architecture.
Complete Description:
Installation, configuration and migration of new and existing hardware and
software into the division windows 2000/2003 servers.
Configuring and supporting Microsoft Windows OS technology including ADAM,
Domains,Trusts, LDAP Directories, DHCP, DDNS, Group Policy, DFS and TCP-IP
networks.
Backup and restore support of Servers, directories and files.
Application and operating system tuning, provisioning strategy and execution
and troubleshooting.
Provide technical review of server-level access by both internal and
external sources to assure secure enterprise systems.
Provide technical review of existing implementations and administrative
practices (account and network administration, GPOs, DNS, etc.);
Execution of disaster recovery testing to ensure a recoverable environment.
Support of respective servers and architecture in support of a large and
distributed Active Directory infrastructure.
Provide basic training and support for design and administrative team
members.
Provide liaison support to networking, application development, client's
networking staff.
Review the network infrastructure enviroment at central office and ensure
network environment for health and compliance
Document all the network operations, hardware and software environments.
