Roles and responsibilities: - Provide direction and guidance developing support programs in the areas ofapplication design, development, testing, and configuration management - Conducts required research and coordination with Program Management Officeand projects - Manage and support Application support resources - Act as a liaison between the various support organizations (Websphere, Database, Mainframe, Testing, Configuration Management) - Provides support to PMO - Point of contact to the production configuration management team.
