**We are looking for two individuals to fill User Testing & Research roles at Pershing. Please note, we are looking for ONE Senior level person and ONE junior person to work alongside this Senior person. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: · Conducting contextual inquiries to gain an understanding of users and their work goals · Performing heuristic analysis and competitive product analysis · Conducting usability testing and validation · Document and present findings to UI Design and Product teams · Add findings to existing personas · Developing and maintain a user pool for usability testing and validation · Assist with other projects as needed Required Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required · Master’s degree in Human Factors, Human Computer Interaction, Usability Engineering, Cognitive Psychology or related field is preferred · Minimum of 5+ years experience performing User Experience design in a mature software development organization · Thorough knowledge and significant experience with User-Centered Design practices: contextual inquiry, persona development, heuristic evaluation, competitive analysis, interface design, rapid prototyping and participatory design, usability testing · Experience with user research techniques (e.g. Card Sorting, Cognitive Walkthroughs, etc…) · Strong analytical skills and attention to detail · Excellent communication and presentation skills · Ability to consistently deliver projects on schedule · Ability to work independently and handle change and shifting priorities · Must be able to travel up to 30% including overnight travel Preferred Qualifications: · Experience with TechSmith Morae software · Experience with Agile software development practices · Experience organizing user focus group meetings -- Thanks and regards, Krish Kumar, GDN Infotech Inc, WP-317-863-0721, [email protected]. . -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "ORACLE DWH DBA" group.
