*Project Description:*
Maintenance - This position requires an understanding of the Edify 10.0
(EVIP) and related suite of products, including Nuance ASR 8.5 and Nuance
Vocalizer 4.0. Knowledge of the interaction between these products is
critical and the candidate will need to have the skills and knowledge to
evaluate the health of our IVR systems and remedy any issues quickly.

Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding,
testing, debugging and documenting programs.

Job responsibilities include:
- Perform daily proactive health checks of all legacy Edify environments
prior to start of business
- Provide tier-1 support for issues and outages
- Attend SWAT calls to diagnose and resolve issues
- Provide RCA (root cause analysis) and Preventative Actions related to
production outages

The successful candidate will possess strong technical and analytical
skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills are a must.

*Skills:*
• May require an associate's degree in a related area.
• 3 - 5+ of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and
procedures.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
• May lead and direct the work of others.
• May report directly to a project lead or manager.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• May work remotely from any state.
